The inspiration behind the brand's birth came from a strange dream one of the founders had on a Christmas Eve. In it, she found herself in the heart of a pajama factory. Their vision quickly seduced Franca Sozzoni, the editor-in-chief of Vogue Italia, who held Sleeper in high esteem. In fact, the magazine even named Sleeper Brand of the Month at one point.
