Customer account
To create an account, click on the icon ("My Account") at the top right of your screen. Then simply enter your e-mail address under "Create your account", and complete and validate the "My personal information" form.
A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. You can also create an account when you place your order.
If you encounter any difficulties, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service department.
You can place an order without creating an account. However, we recommend that you create an account to facilitate the processing of your order and to access information such as the status of your order, find and download your invoices easily, view your credit notes and coupons, make and track a return, etc.
Once logged in, you can modify your personal information by clicking on the icon ("My Account") at the top right of your screen.
Then, in your personal area, go to "Information".
If you can't remember your password, simply click on the icon ("My Account") and on the "Forgot your password?" link.
An e-mail allowing you to reset your password will be sent to the address you used to create your account.
To log in, simply click on the "My Account" icon in the top right-hand corner of your screen.
Then enter your e-mail address and password and click on the "Login" button.
The information in your Drake Store account is used exclusively to support your commercial relationship with Drake Store.
This information is never shared with third parties or resold.
Your banking information is never in our possession, since banking transactions are carried out directly and totally securely by our payment partners.
Articles
You can use our search engine at the top right of your screen. In this search bar, enter the brand, type or even the item number.
You can also browse through our categories and use our filters, located on the left of your screen (brands, prices, sizes, materials and colors).
If you can no longer find an item on the Drake Store website, it means that it is no longer in stock, either in our stores or on our website.
The team at Drake Store is very attentive to any defects, stains or other imperfections an item may have.
If, despite all the care taken, you are not entirely satisfied, please contact us by email: contact@drakestore.ch. We will then find a satisfactory solution, be it an exchange or a discount.
Control
Once you've found your item and selected the international size you want (please refer to the size guide), add it to your shopping basket. Then click on "Shopping cart".
If you don't wish to create an account, enter your personal details, your delivery address, choose your delivery and payment method, then confirm your order.
If you have an account with Drake Store, log in, enter your delivery address if necessary, choose your delivery and payment method, then validate your order.
Once payment has been made, a confirmation page will appear. You will then receive an e-mail with a summary of your order.
In the "Order history" section of "Your account", you will find all your orders and their respective statuses. We will update the statuses as logistics processing progresses.
However, you can place a new order if you have forgotten an item, or cancel your order if you have ordered the wrong item.
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been dispatched.
To do so, simply contact our customer service department on +41(0)22 732 36 44, who will confirm whether or not the order has been shipped and will cancel your order.
For shipped orders, you can return the order within 14 days of the invoice date.
Payment
Drake Store accepts the following payment methods:
Visa, Visa Electron, VPay, Maestro, Mastercard, PayPal, Diners Club, Union Pay, Twint, American Express, Apple Pay and payment in three, six and ten instalments via Heidi Pay.
You can pay in three, six and ten instalments free of charge in Switzerland only with our partner Heidi Pay.
Payments made on the Drake Store online sales site are completely secure.
With our payment partners, we use totally secure transmission methods via encrypted data.
In addition, Drake Store does not store any information relating to your payment.
Once your order has been dispatched, your invoice can be consulted in the "Order history" section of your "Your account".
Delivery
We offer international delivery.
All our deliveries are made by La Poste. All orders are shipped by tracked parcel (against signature).
Shipments via Swiss Post take an average of 5 to 7 working days from order confirmation.
For international shipments, the average delivery time is around 3 weeks from order confirmation. This time may also vary according to destination, customs formalities and local conditions.
Our "Click and Collect" service enables you to collect your order from our stores within 1 to 3 working days of order confirmation.
Shipping costs are free within Switzerland and are payable internationally. Customs fees may be charged by La Poste for international shipments. Please note that customs fees are not included in the delivery charges.
As soon as your parcel is dispatched from our warehouse and throughout the delivery process, you can track it instantly via the tracking link sent to you by e-mail.

If you are absent at the time of delivery to your home or place of work, the deliveryman will leave you a delivery notice.
Depending on the geographical area, you can either reschedule a delivery or collect the parcel from the post office indicated on the notice.
The order department of the online shop Drake Store will process your order with the greatest care.
If your parcel arrives damaged, open or damaged, you must file a claim with La Poste.
Returns and exchanges of items purchased online
All non-sale items may be exchanged or refunded in shop, subject to the following conditions:
Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, with all tags intact, along with the return slip and printed invoice.
To return an item via the Drake Store online shop, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account and access the ‘Your account’ section, then ‘My orders’.
2. Select the order containing the item you wish to return.
3. Tick the boxes corresponding to the product(s) to be returned.
4. Indicate the quantity to be returned (if several copies of the same product are involved).
5. Add an explanation in the ‘Returned goods’ section to help our team understand the reason for the return.
6. Click on ‘Return a product’. Your request will be displayed as ‘awaiting confirmation’ in the ‘Product returns’ section and will then be processed by our e-commerce team.
If you are returning a product as a guest, please print the invoice and place it in the parcel. Without it, the return cannot be processed.
Then choose one of the following return options:
- In shop: Drop off your item in shop at the following address
100 Rue du Rhône, 1204 Geneva
- By post: Send the parcel to the following address
5 Rue Pecolat, 1201 Geneva
Please note that to validate your return, the item must not have been worn and all tags must be attached. We accept returns for items purchased on the website and in our Drake Store during opening hours. In-store returns are free, whereas returns by post are at your expense. You can also exchange for another item of your choice in shop. Don't forget to print out your invoice and your returns slip and send them to our in-store sales team. Without the invoice and the returns slip, we will not be able to process your return, and the parcel will unfortunately be returned to you.
During your visit, a quality check will be carried out. For products purchased online only, you can opt to return them by post at your own expense. Don't forget to enclose your invoice, your return slip and to use the delivery box to send your parcel to the following address: Peter Saxer & Cie SA Drake Store Rue Pécolat 5 1201 Geneva Switzerland.

Upon receipt of the products, our teams will carry out a quality control.
Please note that we do not accept returns of swimwear, lingerie, bodysuits, cosmetics or perfume.
You can return unworn items to us within 14 days of the delivery date, as indicated on the invoice enclosed in your parcel, together with all tags, labels and original packaging. Additional time may be granted for orders delivered abroad, depending on the Post Office's delivery tracking system.
Once we have received your return and our teams have completed the quality control of your items, we will proceed with the reimbursement of your order using the same payment method as the one used for your order. Depending on the method of payment, this refund will be made within 5 working days of receipt and confirmation by DRAKE STORE that the returned goods have been processed.
In order to benefit from a faster refund, please register your return in your "Your account" space by going to the "My returns" section.
It is possible to exchange an item or even an order in our stores by choosing one or more products with an equivalent or higher price.
However, you can return the unwanted item and place a new order.
