Christos Costarellos was born in Düsseldorf, Germany and his parents both work in the fashion industry. He attended the Dimitrelis School of Fashion in Greece for styling and then took courses in theatrical costume design at the London College of Fashion in England. Thus, the first ready-to-wear line produced by Christos Costarellos was introduced to the Greek market in 1998, dedicated to the craft of molding and sewing techniques. Due to his talent for tailoring and finishing details, Christos Costarellos worked with a limited clientele from the beginning. In 2000, two new production lines were created, allowing for the development of custom collections and designs. In 2005, Costarellos participated in the creation of the Athens Fashion Week, a joint venture of the Hellenic Association of Fashion Designers. His fashion shows were well received and he raised the level of Greek fashion with his high quality productions and creative approaches.
